The course is led by Dr. Santushti Thapar, a seasoned educator, philosopher, and author with over 20 years of experience in CBSE, IGCSE, and IB education systems. Her deep understanding of both ancient Indian traditions and modern child psychology ensures a balanced, impactful learning journey.
3. What will my child learn in this course?
Your child will learn how to:
Understand and manage emotions with balance Focus and make clear decisions Communicate with compassion, clarity, and calm Build self-discipline and energetic strength Listen to their inner voice and stay centered in today’s fast world All of this is taught through fun stories, breathwork, mantra practice, and daily reflection tools.
4. How is this course different from regular school classes?
Unlike academic subjects, this course nurtures the inner world of your child. It begins from the root working with the breath, body awareness, thought clarity, and ethical voice. It doesn’t just teach it transforms. It helps children respond to life with strength, empathy, and a steady mind.
5. Is this course age-appropriate for my child?
Yes! The course is carefully structured with three learning groups:
Ages 5–8 (Joyful Foundations)
Ages 9–12 (Emotional Clarity & Willpower)
Ages 13–16 (Self-Mastery & Purpose)
Each group receives age-relevant stories, reflections, and practice tools.

7. What materials are used in the course?
The course includes a specially designed interactive book titled “Thyself Empowerment” authored by Dr. Santushti Thapar. Children also receive printable modules, mantra cards, reflection worksheets, and engaging digital activities—all aimed at nurturing their spiritual and emotional growth.
8. How is the 21-Day Spiritual Skills Course different from other programs?
Most courses focus on what children know. This course begins with how they breathe, think, speak, and feel. We work from the roots—starting with breath awareness, subtle body attention, and guided meditations—so children build emotional strength, clarity of mind, and inner stillness. It’s not just about acquiring knowledge; it’s about transforming the child’s presence, aura, and decision-making from within. It supports both EQ (Emotional Quotient) and IQ (Intellectual Clarity)—through soul skills that last for life.
9. As parents, how can we support this journey at home?
We deeply value your role as co-guides in your child’s journey. That’s why, after completing each course module, we host a special LUFI session (Learn–Understand–Facilitate–Implement) just for parents. In these sessions, we share simple, joyful ways to create a supportive home environment—through small rituals, conscious conversations, and mindful routines. When the home vibrates in harmony with the child’s spiritual learning, transformation becomes effortless.
